Folkstyle Wrestling Moves
This is no exaggeration. Listen, before I get to the story about this critical wrestling technique, I want to assure you that everything on this page is true, including the miraculous change in my wrestling career because of one, simple technique, taught to me by (2-time NCAA champ, 2-time runner-up) Pat Milkovich of the famous Milkovich wrestling family.

(Pat is ranked in the Top 10 of all-time best college wrestlers by Wrestling USA.)

If you want to learn some things about the Rochester Adams wrestling team, click here. Click on "Record Book" and look at how many team records began getting set in 1992 and through the 1990s. That was the result that Pat had on the team, and on me. You can visit this link at the Wrestling Hall of Fame to see that Pat was running things at Adams in the '90s.

Now, the Detroit Free Press once ran an article all about Pat (no longer available online) that specifically mentioned take-downs as his forte. And YOU are going to learn his little-known secret for take-downs in this book!

So here's the story ... and why this story can be true for you as well.

I had been wrestling for a number of years before meeting Pat in my freshman year of high school. Up to that point, I was practically famous for my nose-dive shooting style. And I paid for it. It's not that I never won, but my record was usually embarrassing. Fact is, I couldn't shoot, and I had my nose buried in the mat or cross-faced off me more times than I could count.

It wasn't much fun wrestling that way. But when I came to high school, a miracle met with me. Somehow, the high school got Pat Milkovich to come on board as coach. (He had been coaching at Michigan State University.) That began the story.

The first year of coaching us was a rough year for Pat. He had a lot of potential talent, but had years of bad coaching to break the wrestlers of. So in that first year, we had a losing season; and as a freshman on varsity, I went 3-12. (Our team went 4-12.)

But in that year, Pat was pounding a few critical techniques into us, and that was going to pay off. The next year, as those techniques sank in, we began to win in a major way. I was blown away to find myself finally winning most of the time, and I ended up my varsity year at 12-3!

Even better, he turned the whole team around and we tied for district championship, and the next year won it.
The legend didn't stop there. The technique was sound, and it wasn't about just a few good wrestlers on one team. No. This town was never even known for wrestling. But under Milkovich, the team went on to win county and state championships, and when Milkovich took a leave of absence in 2001, he had a team record of 206-43-3!

The unbelievable thing is that this was based largely on one wrestling technique that's easy to understand but that totally revolutionizes an average (or worse than average!) wrestling shot.

This technique can then be applied to any shot -- to the fireman, barrel roll, single leg, double leg … you name it.

You'll end up with a deeper shot every time that your opponent can't sprawl out of!

I can tell you that once I learned this technique, I became a death threat to almost all of my opponents with the fireman. I could hit that shot and roll my opponents so quickly onto their backs that I started walking off the mat -- almost constantly -- in under a minute without breaking a sweat. It was just that easy!

When I went away to school for 11th and 12th grade, I didn't have Pat as my coach anymore, but I had his techniques. I led my new team with the most pins, winning almost all of my matches in this way, and landing a 2nd place spot in Pennsylvania as a senior.

I was never a particularly strong wrestler. I consider myself a decent athlete, but not a great one. But I can tell you, this technique changed my style so much, I could hardly help but win.

And since it did the same for the Pat's entire team, I know it can do the same for any wrestler who struggles with shooting.

It can turn your shot around and start stacking wins on top of wins. I know, because it's already happened for so many wrestlers.

That's why I've put together this wrestling book to explain the technique. In just a few pages, you're going to start grasping exactly how to change your shot in order to achieve a new success.

Diagrams showing correct foot positions help make the written text very clear.

And best of all, this wrestling book will only take you 15 minutes or so to read. The technique is simple to understand and simple to apply, and it will just take time to practice on the mat. The more you practice, the more this will turn your losses into wins.

Listen, I attended wrestling camps and I watched videos. Usually these taught moves that I would hardly ever use, and I probably couldn't tell you specifically what I learned from any of these. The ONE MOVE in this book had a greater impact on my wrestling than all my camp and video experiences combined!

And of course this book costs less than any of the wrestling videos out there, and obviously costs less than any camp. Where videos usually teach rarely used moves, you will be able to apply this wrestling book right away, and will use the technique in every match you wrestle!

This book is available for immediate download. It just requires a secure, online credit card purchase; then you'll be directed to a page to download your solution to a better, faster shot!
