FOLKSTYLE
WRESTLING MOVE
Just a little more information about the folkstyle wrestling move explained in this e-book. (This refers to high school and most amateur or youth wrestling.)
Basically, this is a wrestling shot that gets a wrestler closer than a typical shot would, every time he uses it properly. It is a way of getting in closer because you're STARTING in closer ...
But it does NOT take any extra time ...
It does NOT involve any extra risk ...
And in fact, it greatly REDUCES the risk of shooting, because it's usually easy for an opponent to see you coming and to sprawl out of a shot.
Not with this folkstyle wrestling shot, though. The set-up occurs naturally, and the move is like lightning. This is truly why I went from having my nose constantly crossfaced off me to the point where I was taking people down almost at will. And because I happened to use this move with the fireman, opponents usually ended up on their backs.
This isn't a matter of bragging, either, unless I'm bragging on behalf of the Milkovich wrestling technique. I was not an especially strong wrestler, nor am I an above-average athlete. I lost MANY matches over the years until I learned how to really shoot from Pat Milkovich.
Once I did, the story turned around. That's why I'm so excited to share this wrestling move with others. And that's why Pat wrote the foreword to this e-book -- because he knows that this is a key element to the success the Milkovich family has provided to so many wrestlers.
If you'd like to see your wrestling improve (or that of your wrestler), I encourage you to check out the e-book. The content of the book is simple; the results are profound!
